辛华，毕业于威尼斯大学，工学博士，副教授，硕士生导师。主要从事工业统计、统计计算等领域的研究。发表科研论文20余篇，其中SCI检索10余篇，专著1部。主持完成黑龙江省规划厅重点规划课题2项。
